When I found this skirt on clearance at Target, the first thing that came to my mind is... MERMAID! This metallic maxi skirt reminds me of the ocean, and gives off a modern yet vintage vibe. I decided to dress with the ocean in mind, tans and creams with the cool blue green pop.
Another word to the wise: Sandals are also a great buy at the end of summer. I scored these at Target for $9.
